Sage is very sweet and very petite. She is an active, young, female GSD ,2 years old. Small for a shepherd at about 50-55lbs. She loves riding in a car and being with you. She is currenlty learning her basic obedience and will need to go home with someone committed to continuing with basic training. Sage LOVES to play with dogs, especially with Bruno, her foster family's large male GSD. She is still very puppy like, in her activity level, and loves to run with the other dogs in the dog park. She is very sensitive and craves your approval and attention. She would do best in either a family with a large young dog (if you don't mind the constant play) or no dogs (if you do). She has had her tail docked at the base and when she came into rescue her leg had recovered from a break and the cast had just been removed. Her leg has now healed.
