Sweet, docile, affectionate, loves Max. Calm in the house. Max and Megan need a foster home, preferably in the Puget Sound Area. Megan came into Rescue with her brother. Max and Megan lost thier home when their owner was moved to a nursing home. Megan is very bonded w/ Max. She has an extremely sweet disposition. She is a large shepherd, but not as large as her brother. When their owner fell and broke her hip, the ambulance came and while she is lying there on the floor, she told the ambulance crew to leave her there as she refused to let them take her dogs away to the Shelter. She was unable to care for the two of them, so she was forced to give them up. Luckliy for these 2 dogs, the woman's neighbor Kim, followed up and found out where the dogs had been taken. She was told they would be at Animal Control for 6 days and then would be euthanized if not adopted. She called our Rescue and offered to pick up the dogs and drive them up to Washington to save them. Both lived with 7 cats, so they are terrific around cats. They are also great around the family's foster dogs and foster family and love to go to the dog park and run around with the dogs..If you are looking for a pair of very loving white shepherds, please fill in an application or call Lori at 425-888-0494, regarding adoption or fostering of these two dogs..
