Cicero is a gorgeous young boy with lots of energy. He is 15 months old, wiggly, smiling kinda guy with smooches for all. He plays well with the other foster dogs and decorates the foster mom's backyard by carrying all toys and dog bowls and shoes and blankets and items from the recycle bin through the dog door, outside to the back yard, then drops them, hoping to incite you to play. Very silly. His previous owner bought him with the intent of doing SAR but was unable to keep Cicero. He is exceptionally receptive to training and will need to be taught some basic manners, such as not jumping up to greet you and heeling. Probably doesn't have it takes make a good SAR dog but it will be a pleasure to train him as he's sensitive and eager to please. Don't let his tough-guy looks deceive you, he's a big, happy puppy that requires an experienced GSD owner to give him the training he so richly deserves. He's perfectly house-trained and spends the work-day in a crate without a problem. A diamond in the rough!
