Rita is a happy, sweet-natured girl. She fit right into her foster home: she loves her foster brother, a 2 year old lab, and is terrific with the cats in the house. Rita is a classy lady, quiet and well behaved in the house and spunky and playful outside. She is excellent in the crate and perfectly housebroken. Rita enjoys riding in the car with her nose out the window and the wind blowing her fur. She loves to explore on her walks - and her joyfulness is contagious. Rita is affectionate but never demanding, playful but never hyper. A dog who truly appreciates a walk around the neighborhood but doesn't require a three mile daily run. Oh, the benefits of an adult dog! Most of all, Rita is good through and through - she is kind and patient and has a quiet confidence. We can all learn from Rita : go with the flow, be positive and appreciate what you have. Once again, a gem of a dog who through no fault of her own, is in need of a loving, lifelong home. All of the hard work is done, your friends and family will compliment you on this wonderful addition to your home, and you can take all of the credit.
