Lady has just arrived! Foster Home Update: What is in a name? Lady evokes images of a calm demeanor, good manners, kindness, and a gentle spirit. How fitting that this beautiful girl is called by the name of Lady. Lady is a lovely girl who has been repeatedly let down by people who could not provide her with a lifetime home of her own. Her deep brown eyes speak of a sadness, but her gentle spirit is willing to give someone a chance to show her that there are good people who could give her the home that she desperately deserves. Lady is wonderful around children, cats and other dogs; she is calm and mild-mannered, and knows her basic commands. Those who are privileged enough to meet this gentle girl will notice that she is timid and wary. However, speaking as her new foster mom, I can honestly say that, given the opportunity, she will warm to her new master and reward them with sweet nuzzles, gentle kisses and body hugs. Lady needs to be given a chance to let her beautiful, sweet natured demeanor blossom, and it will with love and care. Another Update from what we read from her previous owners: VERY SMART! Laid back, loves walks, to be brushed and being with her person and riding in cars Scratches when wants to go outside for potty break. Good with Cats. Lived with children all ages. Had obedience class, home and professional training. Walks off leash on command, knows all commands. Can be indoors unconfined, appears to be completely trustworthy
