Kodiak is a gentle sweet boy. He is great with other dogs, gentle around cats and loves attention. He was pretty neglected by his previous owner, with a filthy matted coat and scabs all along his back. Good care and grooming are resolving this problem and he is in the process of putting on some much needed weight and becoming even more handsome!! Kodiak has been showing his foster parents his silly, comedic side. Kodiak has a purple squeaky toy that he loves to hide in the blankets and pounce upon. Once he has captured his mysterious, squeaking toy, he prances with pride over his grand find. Kodiak enjoys a good game of tug and adores playing frisbee to boot. So much fun and energy in one adorable, cuddly dog. Kodiak has also spent some time with a 4 yr old boy and they played with the purple squeaky together. Both boys seemed to enjoy the other's company! Definitely a dog who is young of heart and spirit. Kodiak is looking for a young at heart owner to share in the fun and give him the life that he deserves.
