Ooh can I play, can I play, can I play??? Does someone want to play ball? Can I have a stuffed toy, oh please, oh please, oh please!?! Lena is full of playfulness and energy! This darling girl loves to play with toys and tries to entice her foster mom into a game of chase. Lena appears to have had some training in the past as she knows her basic commands. When presented with her foster mom's dogs, she was uninterested (she just wanted her toys and treats!!). Lena is great in the car and although she LOVES to play, she calms down nicely and lays by your feet when you are not moving about the house. Lena has been tested with cats and is not interested in them either. Lena is currently being fostered in a home with two young children. She did a great job when she was bathed and had her nails trimmed - all in all, a terrific dog that is easy to handle and a great size to have as a house companion and travel mate. This loving dog is yet another shelter mystery.....she is smart, playful, loving, yet calm when asked. Why indeed did she end up at a shelter?? Hard to answer, but someone's loss will be somebody else's gain. Lena is a special girl waiting for a loving home, perhaps yours???
