This handsome guy has already joined them on hiking expeditions (you can see him tuckered out after a climb of 8000 feet in the photos above) and has proven himself as a faithful companion and great tent mate! Patrick reports that Chinook enjoyed leading the way and exploring, but he never went too far ahead and he preferred to stay near their other dog. Chinook has boundless energy for playing when outside, but is calm and relaxed when indoors. He is already gaining valuable doggy manners from his housemates (such as sitting before eating), and regularly shows his love of affection by rolling over for tummy rubs and nudging available hands for an extra bit of love. Chinook would love to join a household who has other doggy companions for him to play with, as this is his favorite past time.
