Thank you Amanda for giving this sweet girl a chance! Wow-what a happy ending for her!! Anna Belle makes me want to cry when I look at her sweet face and her fragile, underweight body. She encompasses the plight of all the animals who have been dumped at a shelter to live or die. Anna Belle was literally days from being euthanized....she caught the eye of one of our loving volunteers who could not bear to see her lamenting in the shelter for another day. Her body is sore from laying on cold concrete for weeks on end. When her foster mom took her home, she literally layed her head in her hands. She is enjoying her soft, comfortable bed, sighing as if she has never known such a luxury. Anna Belle is a sweet, gentle soul who will do well with any family. Anna Belle deserves only the best - she is lucky to be alive, but should never have to face such a frightening and uncertain future again. Had this particular volunteer not made the effort, Anna Belle would have been gone by Easter. Anna Belle needs a forever home with a family who understands that you do not dump your dog when you are tired of it. She belongs inside on a soft bed, enjoying the company of her people. Anna Belle deserves to be loved. PLEASE HELP STOP BREED SPECIFIC LEGISLATION
