Lacey's favorite things to do are eat, play and go for walks. She is extremely obedient and nicely trained. She walks well on a leash. She is a well built, stocky, squared off, dark shepherd thats a little on the heavy side. Lacey does well with people and likes my children. She prefers playful male dogs and doesn't care for other females, although she is doing fine with the resident female shepherd. She shows interest in my cat, but leaves her alone when told to do so. I wouldn't leave her alone with a cat, however. Lacey is calm in the house when your going about your business, but gets really excited when the leash comes out for a walk. She loves the kong and game of chase instead of giving it back. She also loves car rides. Lacey is very intelligent, even by her breed standard. With her high movtivation for food and her need to make you happy, she will learn just about anything, quickly. She figures her people out very quickly and knows what she can get away with and what she can't.
