Petey is an adorable little boy. He’s also very smart and trainable. One week of foster care and this little guy is already house broken, knows “sit” (and regularly does so before eating), walks beautifully on leash, and is crate trained. He’s a typical playful puppy that loves humans and to play with dogs. When playing, he sometimes forgets that hands (no matter how delicious) are not for mouthing. A “no” is all the baby needs to remember his manners. He is not a destructive puppy and has been great teething on his toys, not our house. Petey wants his very own family to love. He promises to return his caretaker's affections tenfold and give years of loyalty and companionship. Please consider bringing this sweetie into your home.

Our adoption process includes completion of an adoption application, a vet check, a home visit and a lifetime adoption contract. Adoptions are not done on a first come first serve basis. WA German Shepherd Rescue is the companion animal's advocate and will select the most suitably matched home for the dog's general needs and the unique needs of each individual dog in our care. We reserve the right to refuse service and adoption without explanation.
