German Shepherd Dog / Mixed : : Male : : Senior : : Large
Chris is a great companion dog, he is quite serious about his people and would rather be with them than anywhere else. He loves to cuddling, walking and jogging, anything to be with his person. And for an older gentleman he has quite the stamina. Chris has settled in with his current pack, but would much rather be an only dog. Although he loves his people, he is not very social with other dogs when walking in public and would do better in a home with experienced German Shepherd owners. . . Chris is quite the lover of doggy cuisine, and will gladly eat an entire bag of dog food if allowed. He loves treats and thinks carrots are the best. He also loves to chew, everything from bones and approved treats. He does not counter-cruise or help himself to anything on shelves or bookcases. . . Chris does not like to be left alone. He loves sleeping in his crate, but only when his people are in the room with him, he has never had the door closed on his crate. He'd much rather be in a securely fenced yard if he has to be alone for any period of time with a dog door inside. . . Chris would love a a quiet home where he could be the only dog and be 100% spoiled. . This boy is so ready for a home of his own, and his own people to love and cherish--- Please fill out an application to meet me at http://www.washingtongsd.org/application.html The adoption process includes completion of an adoption application, a vet check, a home visit and a lifetime adoption contract.
