Fortuantely, for this dog, she has ended up in a shelter that is an advocate for helping dogs like her and reaching out to Rescues. Most Shelters would have euthanized her based on her medical condition and need for rehabilitation.
Kiyana only has three legs and her previous owners allowed her to become so heavy that she can barely stand. She needs a nice loving foster home with no stairs so that she can work on getting the weight of and healthy again...She has a wonderful wheel chair thanks to the donation from an adopter..
