Audrey loves to play fetch and splash in the water ! This young girl is full of energy and just waiting for her perfect home ! Her owner was devestated having to give her up due to a death in the family and losing his home.
Update from her foster home:
Audrey, a 12 month old female GSD, has lots of puppy energy- she loves to play ball, and also loves to play in water- loves to splash in a wading pool or chase water coming out of a sprinkler.
She is learning to walk on a leash and is also working on basic commands: sit, lay down, come etc. She is very intelligent and eager to please.
She is house broken and will crate easily.
She does very well with other dogs in her foster home, and while she will initially chase cats, she is easily redirected and will back down from the cat quickly and will even submit to the cat in her foster home.
She is a very good dog and would be great with someone who is very active and would like a jogging partner or walking companion.
It would be ideal for Audrey's forever family to have experience with dominant breed dogs prior to Audrey or someone who has researched the breed very well and is willing to make a strong commitment to her.
With an obedience class, exercise and attention, Audrey will be a perfect dog.
She would be ideal for agility or other high energy activities.
