Cirrus is an unbelievably sweet German Shepherd. In fact, she's so sweet we think her heart is entirely made up of honey syrup! Her tail never seems to stop wagging at full speed. Her face lights up the second she makes eye contact with you. She's ready to play at a moment's notice and most of all, she loves, loves, loves to give hugs and be pet. A lot of dogs love to get affection from people but Cirrus' the type who enjoys reciprocating it as well. At a recent adoption event, we caught her half way in the lap of one of our volunteers. The only reason Cirrus wasn't all the way in our volunteer's lap was because then she wouldn't have been able to wag that happy tail of hers. Cirrus is wonderful with the other dogs and cat in her foster home and she even knows most of her commands. All she needs now is to hear the magic words, "Cirrus, you're HOME!"
