Bichon Frise : : Male (neutered) : : Adult : : Small
This amazingly handsome boy arrived into rescue not do to any fault of his own. His family purchased Max from an AKC breeder as a puppy and raised him with the children and the cats...As time went on, the children grew up and Max found himself without the attention he deserved. The father felt it best to find a place for Max to go while he awaits his new life.
Well, Max had an exciting 3 days so far! Within a 1 day of arriving, Max was at the dog park, playing and running around with all the dogs and loving greeting everyone that came up to him. He walked off leash in a perfect heel for 3 hours at the park..never moving 3 feet from his foster home. Max loves to ride in the car, he will go anywhere and everywhere with you. He jumps right into his crate and is ready to where where you will take him. He also loves going for walks..He is very active which is suprising as we know he was born in 2000 (from his AKC paperwork). He is always ready to go and follows you room to room. Max's ideal home would be someone who wants a loving love faithful loyal companion who wants a dog to cuddle with and wants a dog to cuddle in bed with. He sleeps perfectly still all night long, cuddled right with you. He would adore someone who works from home or who is retired. The great thing is that Max has lots of energy to run at the dog park, go on lots of walks..but cuddle on you when you sit down to watch a movie at night... Max is crate trained and is great in his crate. Max also knows his basic obedience and a BIG amazing thing..he is totally housebroken..no accidents so far, which his foster home loves. What is so nice is that when visitors come over, he happily greets them. Max has been into our Vet for a full work up! He has been fully vaccinated, had a full blood panel, and a dental..We are so excited and cannot wait to find an amazing family he deserves! FENCED YARD REQUIRED FOR ANY OF OUR DOGS!!
