Teddy Bear is a very happy “little” dog. Well, he is small as far as shepherd mixes go, being only 45lbs. He has sad eyes but don’t let that fool you, he is one of those wiggle-butt happy dogs with a toy poodle personality and is super sweet. He has been to the groomers and it totally fluffed out, making his fur irresistible to run your hands thru. He is being fostered in a home with other shepherds, including an extra large male white shepherd. He gets along great with the other dogs in the home and is very people friendly with all the housemates, with veryone in his foster home. Click on the link for more photos of Teddy BearJ.

Teddy Bear has settled in well into his foster home and is feeling quite relaxed. He likes to “sleep around”. The first few nights he slept with Banjo, one of the other dogs in the home. Then he decided to sleep with Paloma. The next few nights he slept with Holly and last night he decided to sleep in his crate, alone. He gets to snuggle with all the dogs in the home.

Teddy Bear loves going for walks around the neighborhood where he can meet and greet the other dogs always with a cheerful demeanor and wagging tail. He loves the dog park as there are so many dogs to make friends with there. He has been for a few hikes on Tiger Mountain, which he enjoys, but he professes that he is more of a plodder and “take my time sniffing the flowers and where everyone else has peed” dog than a crazy deer chasing and chipmunk chasing dog.

And last but not least, Teddy Bear loves belly rubs and food. Those are by far his favorite times of day."
