Jasmine has just arrived into Rescue! 

Jasmine is a young white shepherd/shiba inu mix that is currently being fostered in a home with other dogs and cats. Please click on this link to see more photos of the one of a kind beauty.  http://www.flickr.com/photos/95678202@N05/.  

 She weighs 57 lbs which is a perfect size and her fur is so amazingly thick that she reminds us of a cuddly teddy bear, especially when she is lying on the bed and has a tendency to tuck her paws underneath her head .  Her black nose is very striking against her snow white fur and adds to her overall cuteness.  She is a wonderful house guest as she is very calm and there have been no accidents at all so she is completely housebroken, and she loves being in her crate.  Sometimes she chooses to be in the crate versus sleep on one of the many dog beds available to her.  She really loves her food so when mealtime comes around she does a happy dance on her hind legs.  She has even managed to charm her way onto foster mom’s bed when the diva  dogs are already there and everyone gets along just great.  Jasmine loves going on walks around the neighborhood and she is curious, happy and calm, and does not tug on the leash. She likes greeting other dogs on the walks and so far has ignored all the cats she has met, including the house cat at the vet that had the audacity to come into her room while she was being examinedJ. Jasmine has met the neighbor's grandchild and enjoyed being pet by her, but since she was not raised in a home with children, we are looking for an adult only home for her.

 Jasmine has good yard manners too, as she does not bark, dig or chew her foster mom’s plants which is more than can be said for foster mom’s own dogs!
