When we thought of a name for this wonderful boy, Vegas came to mind... Because we believe he really hit the jackpot to end up safe in a wonderful foster home! Vegas is an adorable 10 month old puppy. He weighs 65 lbs which is such a great weight. He is easy to handle in new situations and not really afraid of anything. When you meet Vegas, he is full of exuberance and happiness. He cannot wait to say hello and see if you will be the one ready to take him home. Vegas is extremely playful and adores playing with the other dog in his foster home. He is such a puppy and loves playing. Vegas really needs an owner who has the time to spend with him and shower him with lots of praise and affection. He really would absolutely love his own person who can focus their time and affection on him. Vegas is lucky that his foster mom works from home most days and his foster dad works very close to home. Vegas is crate trained but usually is only crated about 4 hours a day. So, he would love an adopter who is retired or can work from home. Vegas has a great smile! He loves to have his belly rubbed and lay his head in your lap. He is an extremely affectionate dog. He meets everyone as a new friend and is always looking for someone who will give him praise and attention. Vegas is extremely smart and food oriented. His foster dad taught him to shake in less than five minutes. He is so willing to learn and he cannot wait to attend obedience classes with his new owner. The best thing is his desire to please and his love of treats. It makes for very easy training. Although Vegas is young, he has excellent house manners. He loves to lay on the sofa and chew on his toys. His foster home has done an amazing job with this fabulous dog. He is ready for his new home. You could not ask for a better dog!
