Kane is a 16-month-old, male, German Shepherd Dog that has just arrived into rescue! Kane is an active dog and loves playing with the other shepherd in the home. He is living with a Chihuahua-mix and a cat, but we feel Kane is best suited in a home with larger dogs and no cats. The Chihuahua is the boss in the household, but we would love to see Kane in a home with another active, well-trained, large breed dog that loves to play. The other option is a household without another dog. Either situation would work for Kane. Kane's previous owner spent a lot of time and money training Kane. He needs a very confident owner who will continue his obedience and provide excellent leadership, one-on-one time and training. Kane is a very fun active dog and wants to be a part of everything and anything. Kane is crate-trained and will do well in a home where the adopter either works full time, away from the home or not.
