Nordika is new to rescue! She is 10 weeks old and will grow up to be a beautiful girl. Nordika is an adorable puppy, yes, but please read our requirements below before applying for her! Nordika will grow into a typical alpha female German Shepherd. She loves to play with the other male shepherds in her foster home, but wants to be the little princess, or should we say Queen, of the household. As such, we want Nordika placed in a home with another large breed male dog. She loves playing and would love the company of another male. Nordika loves sitting with and following the other two male shepherds around. She also likes to sit at the feet of her foster mom while her mom works at the computer desk. We are looking for an adopter who has current/previous purebred German Shepherd experience or previous/current ownership of another breed such as a Rottweiler or another guarding breed. We are looking for an adopter within an hour travel time of Seattle. Nordika will be spayed this week. All of our dogs leave our care spayed and neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. We are requiring an adopter to attend puppy classes, basic obedience and intermediate classes after they adopt. It may seem like we are requiring a lot, but starting at 10 weeks of age, is an amazing adventure and we want it filled with fun and training.
