Hans is a gorgeous, well-built, 18-month-old, male, German Shepherd Dog. He is an absolutely stunning boy weighing 100 lbs. Hans is very friendly to the people he meets. Hans is still very puppy, mouthy and wants to play and wrestle with you. We are diverting this with tug toys and balls. Hans shows some ball drive (we believe he is just now being introduced to balls). He has no resource guarding of food or toys. Hans is quiet and calm in the house. He has excellent house manners. Hans quickly learns basic commands. He also enjoys rides to the car to the cabin of his foster family. His foster is looking for an applicant who is active. Someone who hikes. Someone who loves the outdoors and loves to go camping for example. Hans sleeps quietly at the side of his foster moms’ bed all night long. He is currently fostered with another female shepherd and it appears he would probably enjoy a young playful male or female large breed dog. We have no idea how he is with cats as the foster has none. We are hoping to find an adult only home as he has not previously lived with children. We are looking for an adopter in the Greater Seattle area or surrounding cities. He will need a house with a secure fenced yard. We are looking for a foster-adopt or adoption for this handsome boy.
